ElitePhase Electric is a licensed California C-10 electrical contractor, CSLB #1141888, based in Mission Hills in the San Fernando Valley. The company is owned and run by me, Daniel Hernandez.

We are a small company on purpose. I look at every job, I write every quote, and I lead the installation, with help on site when the job calls for it. If something changes once walls are open, you hear it from me, and we agree on the change before the work moves forward.

We handle projects across greater Los Angeles: EV chargers, panel and service upgrades, whole house rewires, new construction, ADUs, and commercial buildouts. We also take scheduled troubleshooting calls, because finding the real cause of a problem is most of the job.

Licensed and bonded. Hours are Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Straight answers

If a repair is enough, I say so. If a panel is genuinely unsafe, I tell you why and show you. No scare tactics either way.

Written numbers

Every job gets a written flat rate quote before work starts. Labor runs $135 to $145 per hour all in, and the quote reflects that.

Permits and inspections

Where the job needs a permit, I pull it and I meet the inspector. The paperwork matches the work.
