For general contractors and builders

An electrical sub who protects your schedule

If someone handed you our name, this page is the file on us. ElitePhase runs lean on purpose: a licensed C-10 owner on every job, a small crew, and no layers between your super and the people wiring the job.

Bidding

Plan and spec bids returned as a written scope with inclusions, exclusions, and lead times. I flag plan conflicts with the electrical code at bid time, not at rough inspection.

Scheduling

I commit to dates I can hold and tell you early if anything moves. Rough-in photographed before cover so nothing gets argued about later.

Inspections

I pull my permits, meet the inspector, and close corrections fast, because your draw schedule depends on it.

Paperwork

License #1141888 (C-10), bond, and insurance certificates sent on request, with additional insured handled through my carrier as needed.
