A TI job is a deadline with wiring inside it. Rent starts whether or not the space passes inspection, so the electrical has to land on time and to plan.
What I take on
Shops, restaurants, offices, and small commercial units: new circuits and subpanels, lighting layouts and controls, equipment hookups, and dedicated circuits for kitchen and specialty equipment.
Bid from plans or walkthrough
Send plans and I return a written bid with scope, exclusions, and schedule. No plans yet? I walk the space with you and price the scope we agree on paper.
Inspections and coordination
I pull the permit, schedule rough and final, meet the inspector, and keep the other trades informed so nobody closes a wall over unfinished work.
One contractor, direct line
You deal with the license holder doing the work. Scope questions get answered from the field, not routed through an office.
